In the United States, it’s no secret that @Netflix has been one of the chief pushers of horrifically woke content, including grossly offensive, ridiculous and borderline criminal content in some cases. The failed Netflix-Warner Bros. Discovery merger would have handed @CNN and a massive entertainment empire over to Netflix’s leftist curation machine in what was slated to be one of the biggest media deals in history at around $82.7 billion. Thankfully, that disaster was tanked when @paramount, backed by Trump donor Larry Ellison (Jewish by the way for all the Neo Nazi haters out there) and led by his son David Ellison, swooped in with a superior bid north of $110 billion. Now, Democrats and the liberal media are in full panic mode because CNN— after a decade of relentless anti-MAGA propaganda, race-baiting headlines like “There’s nothing more frightening in America today than an angry White man,” Jake Tapper’s @jaketapper’s embarrassing on-air blunder calling a Black pipe bomb suspect a “white man,” and the infamous attempt to strong-arm the creator of the Trump wrestling GIF—will finally have to answer to ownership that doesn’t march in lockstep with their agenda. Bernie Sanders @BernieSanders is wailing about “oligarchy,” Elizabeth Warren @SenWarren is clutching her pearls over phantom “national security concerns,” and CNN is still botching basic facts like their fake spin on the recent protest outside Mayor Mamdani’s mansion. If the left is this outraged about losing their ideological stranglehold on the mainstream media, then you know it’s a win for everyone else. Time to drain the swamp of FAKE NEWS COMMUNIST propaganda.

Analysis Summary
Paramount won a bidding war to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery for $110.9 billion ($31 per share) after Netflix withdrew from the process with a lower $82.7 billion bid. The post accurately states both deal values, but misrepresents what Netflix's deal included— Netflix would not have acquired CNN, which was slated to be spun off as "Discovery Global." The post frames this as a political victory for Trump and traditional media independence but provides no evidence for claims about CNN anchors' specific on-air blunders or editorial changes under Paramount. The emotional framing ("drain the swamp of FAKE NEWS") goes well beyond what the corporate transaction demonstrates about actual media control or content direction.
