It's not suspicious at all that #Gmail is marking as spam the notifications people were sent about a class action settlement for which #Google is the defendant and liable to pay out proceeds.
One would have thought the plaintiffs' lawyers would have included as a condition of the settlement Google's obligation to ensure that the email notifications did not get marked as spam.
