Very funny screw up by Meta. They installed a keylogger on employees PCs, so they could train their AI. However they exposed the collected data online, so anybody could see what anybody who works there has been typing. https://www.wired.com/story/meta-accidentally-let-employees-access-each-others-keystroke-data/

Analysis Summary
Meta built a keystroke-collection program to train AI and accidentally left employee data exposed internally, allowing workers to see each other's typing data. The post calls it a 'screw up' โ€” it was, but the exposure was limited to inside Meta, not public. Meta paused the program after the internal leak was discovered.

โ€œMeta exposed the collected keystroke data online so anybody could see what employees have been typingโ€
The data was exposed internally (within Meta), not publicly online. Employees could access each other's keystrokes, not 'anybody' on the internet. Post overstates the scope of exposure.
