Amazing! The Scientists fired by DOGE relaunched now as https://www.climate.us.
Being fired by a fascistic government made them stronger than they were. Now they are 100% independent. Of course Trump and his whole regime will try to discredit them. But itβs too late I guess. More and more people are waking up. So this is another nail in the coffin of the Trump regime.

Analysis Summary
Former NOAA climate scientists who lost their jobs following the Trump administration's cuts launched a new data site called climate.us as an independent nonprofit. The site functions as a continuation of their previous work, funded by crowdfunding from thousands of donors who contributed around $250,000. NPR and other outlets have confirmed this effort.
The post then moves into political commentary, calling Trump a fascist and predicting regime collapse β those are opinions, not verifiable facts. The author's language throughout is emotionally charged ('fascistic,' 'nail in the coffin'), which adds heat to what is otherwise a straightforward story about scientists preserving their climate data and research after losing their government positions.
Claims Analysis (5)
βScientists fired by DOGE relaunched now as climate.usβ
Multiple outlets (NPR, Futurism, Daily Kos, The Register) confirm former NOAA staffers shut down by Trump created climate.us as an independent nonprofit site.
βBeing fired by a fascistic government made them stronger than they wereβ
This is subjective interpretation of causality and moral characterization. The fact that scientists launched a new site is documented; the claim that adversity strengthened them is personal judgment.
βNow they are 100% independentβ
Outlets confirm climate.us is an independent nonprofit funded by roughly 2,500 donors ($250k). Independence is structurally accurate though 'independent' is inherently subjective.
βTrump and his whole regime will try to discredit themβ
This is a prediction/speculation about future actions. No evidence yet exists for attempted discrediting, though the speculative framing is common political commentary.
βThis is another nail in the coffin of the Trump regimeβ
Purely rhetorical characterization with no factual basis. An independent website does not constitute evidence of regime instability or imminent political collapse.
