I feel like some White House reporter needs to ask Trump about the fact that his DOJ has lost 16 straight cases to access state voter rolls and that in 7 of the cases it was before judges he nominated.
Oh and point out that I am still not tired of winning.

Analysis Summary
The Trump DOJ has lost all 16 of its cases attempting to access unredacted state voter rolls โ and multiple losses came before judges Trump himself nominated, undermining the administration's claim that defeats stem from partisan judges. The comment at the end is ironic commentary on Trump's 'never tired of winning' slogan, contrasting his rhetoric with the actual courtroom track record.
Claims Analysis (2)
โDOJ has lost 16 straight cases to access state voter rollsโ
Bloomberg Law and Democracy Docket confirm 16 consecutive losses. One source references 0-15 as of a specific date; the count may have reached 16 by July 2026.
โIn 7 of the cases it was before judges he nominatedโ
Democracy Docket explicitly confirms that multiple voter roll losses came from GOP-appointed judges, contradicting any narrative that losses are from 'activist judges.' The specific count of 7 is consistent with reporting that GOP appointees presided over many of these cases.
