Now what they’re trying to do, as you reported, is push a scheme to effectively remove justices in Virginia. But the Constitution is clear—you can only remove justices through impeachment. Instead, they’re attempting to do it by arbitrarily lowering the retirement age. It’s an unconscionable scheme and shows how little regard they have for the rule of law in their pursuit of power.”
